December 16th 2018. Winter ‘reset’ and / or introduction to 13 moon embodiment course

09.30 to 17.00. Manor Barn, Canterbury, CT1 3UR

We wish to invite you to join us in a day of tranquillity in advance of the winter Solstice and Christmas festivities and to nourish and rest with restorative lunar, womb and feminine arts practices.

This day can be a simple stand-alone day to nurture yourself this winter or may form part of a longer term nourishment plan.

If you are interested in joining the 13 moon embodiment course – or any of the spirals (modules) that form this course this day will also provide you with an introduction to some of the Temple of the Moon, Temple of the Womb and Temple of the Feminine Arts practices. If you decide to join us for the entire 13 moon embodiment course 50% of the cost of this day will be reimbursed.

Our day: What we are offering

We will begin with a gentle yoga movement practice – moon salutations and lunar breathing techniques. We will share some of the benefits of journaling with the cycles of the moon and how to honour the ebb and flow of our lunar cycle.

After a refreshment break we will guide you into your womb temple. Even if you have had a hysterectomy your womb space is a powerful portal of intuitive knowledge. Through a guided shamanic journey, we aim to help you remember and reconnect with your womb temple so that you feel more integrated in your body wisdom.

After our shared lunch (please bring food to share or simply for you if have multiple intolerances) we will enjoy gentle, fun and uplifting dance – a sacred feminine arts offering.

We will wind down and journey inwards with a yin-based yoga practice set to a live restorative sound bath.
